TgeBrowser Terms of Service

TgeBrowser and related services are provided by Hangzhou Zonghu Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Zonghu Network' or 'we'). This TgeBrowser User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'this Agreement') is a legally binding agreement between you and Zonghu Network regarding the download, installation, registration, login, and use (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'use') of TgeBrowser and related services.
Please carefully read and fully understand all terms before using TgeBrowser and related services, especially the bolded terms regarding limitation of liability and dispute resolution. If you are under 18 years old, please read this agreement with your legal guardian and use the service with their consent.
If you do not agree to any part of this agreement, you should immediately stop accessing or using the software and related services. By clicking to confirm, actually using the service, or using the software in any other way, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by all contents of this agreement.
Zonghu Network reserves the right to revise this agreement when necessary. Revised content will be published on our official website (www.tgebrowser.com) or within the client. Continued use after revisions indicates acceptance of the updated agreement.
1. Account Registration and Use
1.1 You confirm that you are a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full civil capacity and rights, capable of bearing legal responsibilities independently.
1.2 You promise to provide true, accurate, complete, and legal registration information and keep it updated. If we suspect false information, we may suspend or terminate services without liability.
1.3 Your account is for your use only. Transfer, rental, or sale of accounts is prohibited without written consent. You bear full legal responsibility for all activities under your account.
1.4 You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to infringement of third-party rights, illegal activities, or violation of applicable laws.
2. Service Content and Changes
2.1 Some basic functions may be provided free of charge. We may offer paid premium services (VIP services) with separate terms regarding fees and payment methods.
2.2 We reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate services at any time without prior notice, based on business development, technical updates, or legal requirements.
2.3 We reserve the right to adjust service prices at any time. Price adjustments will be communicated through official channels.
3. User Conduct and Content Legality
3.1 You must ensure that all content uploaded, stored, accessed, or distributed complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
3.2 You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer the software; (b) engage in activities that damage network security; (c) conduct Sybil attacks or fraud; (d) infringe intellectual property rights; (e) distribute illegal content.
3.3 We reserve the right to review your content and remove any content that violates this agreement or poses legal risks.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All intellectual property rights in TgeBrowser software and related services belong to Zonghu Network and its rights holders.
4.2 You may not copy, modify, lease, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
5. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation
5.1 The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure service. You bear all risks from using the service.
5.2 Zonghu Network and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from this agreement or service use.
5.3 Unless otherwise required by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees you paid for using the service.
6. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
6.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules).
6.2 Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to Hangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration, which shall be final and binding.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 This agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the service, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.
7.2 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
7.3 Our failure to exercise any right under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right.
